We always take care to ensure you receive your purchases in good working order, if however, you have a reason to return any faulty or unwanted goods, Belle De Soir® has a straightforward returns process which you can access on our returns page. Even though European Law (the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 explains that you have a right to return any products for any reason within 7 days of purchase, Belle De Soir® offers you a full 14 days to receive a full refund and or exchange. See below for further details.
1. Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund provided the products are unused, still in their original packaging, the packaging is unopened, as new and the original tags are still attached. We will only refund the amount paid for the item, not the postage and packaging. You have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period. We advise that you return items with suitable cover against loss in transit.
2. Any claim by you that any product is defective or not of satisfactory quality, must be notified to us through our Returns Request page within 14 days from the date of delivery or 21 days after dispatch by us, whichever is the earlier. If you do not notify us accordingly, we take no liability for such failure or defect and therefore you accept that the goods are of a good and working condition.
3. All electrical products are covered by their manufacturer’s one year warranty and we will assist you through this process.
4. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
5. If you make a valid claim under paragraph 2 (Returns), we shall replace the ordered goods in question free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund in full the payment made in respect of such goods, but we shall have no further liability for such failure or defect.
6. Items returned to DG Products LTD for a warranty claim must be shipped to us with the postage paid. We will not accept deliveries that do not have their postage paid.
7. Shipping costs for warranty claims are non-refundable.
8. DG Products LTD will cover the cost of shipping replacement items to the address provided on the Return Form
9. If an item returned to us does not meet the warranty criteria, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost.
